Led by a head coach with over 30 years of experience, the gym brings boxing back to Louisiana, emphasizing diversity and community engagement. Paul Metzler
Owner and trainer, Paul Metzler, began learning the art of boxing at age 10. Starting his training career after finding success and passion in competing, he has continued to develop both pro and amateur boxers for almost a decade.
Manager & Trainer
Anna Blohowiak
An amateur boxer and dedicated athlete, Anna Blohowiak serves as manager and trainer at Bayou Boxing. Committed to fostering a supportive and empowering community, she helps individuals of all backgrounds to pursue their fitness goals.
